Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • To start a return, contact us at contact@getavrex.com with your order number

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • We process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

  • Personalized, custom-made, or perishable products
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or software
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@getavrex.com. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
